Rhian, affectionately known as Rhi, leads a remarkable dual life, balancing her career as a marine engineer by day with her passion for dance and yoga by night. Specialising in dancehall and twerk, Rhi's dance journey began unexpectedly at Rita's Dancehall Class, which evolved into @elan.dance.est. Invited to try a grooves class, she found herself falling in love with dancehall and later, twerk. Her commitment and talent were recognized when she joined the inaugural twerk class at Elan in 2017, a significant milestone in her dance career.

Rhi's deep connection to dancehall was further enriched by a transformative trip to Jamaica in 2023. Immersed in the local dance culture, she interacted with native dancehall instructors and creators, absorbing the authentic essence of the style. This experience not only intensified her love for dancehall but also refined her skills as both a teacher and student of the art.

Outside the studio, Rhi's dynamic presence has captivated audiences at various festivals and events. Her expertise in choreography is evident in her routines that skillfully pay tribute to the vibrant dancehall culture. Her life, thus, is a unique blend of her love for the sea and her passion for dance, making her an inspiring figure both in her professional field and the dance community.
